How long does it take to prepare my order?
Somewhere between blink of an eye and mild existential crisis. Realistically, 3-4 days, depending on cosmic forces and whether my coffee supply is holding out.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes! If you’d rather skip shipping and retrieve your order in person, we can arrange a pick-up. Simply contact me, and I’ll provide further instructions (which may or may not include a secret handshake).
How long does shipping take?
That depends on how far away you are and whether the postal service decides to play nice. If you’re in Canada, your package will likely arrive within a week after shipping, sometimes sooner. If you’re elsewhere, it could take 1-2 weeks—longer if the universe is feeling particularly chaotic. Either way, it will get to you. Probably.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
I take quality control seriously, which means every item I send out meets my absurdly high standards. However, if your shirt arrives looking like it was dragged through hyperspace, send me an email at [email protected] within 2 weeks of shipping with some photos of the damage, and we’ll figure out a solution.
